How do I supply artwork?
For the optimal outcome, artwork is best as vector .ai or .eps. If your artwork is pixel based – it's best as a layered photoshop file. If you are unsure send through what you have, and we can advise.
What is the turn around time?
Generally print turn around is 2-3 weeks from book-in date but it can be up to 4 weeks during busy periods. Otherwise we can take on rush jobs, sometimes with additional fee's. Embroidery turn around is 3-4 weeks from book-in.
What is the minimum amount to order?
Our minimum is 30 units with the same print artwork, size and placement to make the screen setup time viable. We have price breaks at 30-49 units, 50-99 units, 100-199 units etc.
Can I use my own Garments?
Yes you can, although we have a large range of wholesale suppliers. We have a minimum of 50 units for customer supplied garments and we will have to check they are appropriate for the printing process, generally you should send us a link or bring a sample garment into the workshop. Please know we take every care to avoid issues but do not take any liability for Customer Supplied garments.
Can I see a sample before the print run?
Generally we do not offer print samples, the setup time does not allow samples to be viable. We always create a digital mockup to confirm print placement, size and colours before production.
Can I come in and see garment samples?
Yes, you can, we only hold popular samples in limited colours. Otherwise if you want to use AS Colour stock, I would advise popping into one of their stores to see the full range and afterwards we will order stock through our wholesale account.
